It was my first time to visit here, I brought in my old, little Ford, really confused at to what the issue was with my little car. The guys were amazing, they sincerely listened to my issues with the car, didn't 'mansplain' anything to me and really got into and under the car looking for the issues that I could feel that other mechanics were not telling me. These guys are amazing! They went above and beyond to identify a problem that several other mechanics were unable to find. My daughter is a student at SSU, but we're not from the area, so didn't know who we could trust. Ron kept both of us updated and never gave up on finding what was causing the electrical problem that kept draining the battery. Customer service is top notch and prices are very reasonable. Overall the best experience I've every had with an automotive shop!

Awesome customer service! Very quick and efficient. Got the part the same day and were able to complete the repair during my lunch and get me back on the road. Their mascot Maggie is a joy and helped lift my spirits as well. 5 stars. My new go-to shop.
