They don’t take your feedback on their masseuse seriously. We go get a massage very often all around the area therefore we know Who is good and bad. If they don’t know how to take constructive criticism then you should not be taking your business there because they don’t take their customers seriously.
Went for full body massage today, I ask for 1 hour of time.when my hour was up she had only done my back and the back of of my legs.She then asked if I wanted and extra 30 mins to “ finish” I agreed ( which was my mistake). After the 30 she only did my legs, no chest, no arms no shoulders no feet. She was genuinely shocked when I wasn’t happy.Obviously won’t be back
Massage service was great
I had a below average experience. The good part - The ambience is great and nice and tidy rooms. We get a good feel on the table and nice soothing music in the background. The bad part - The staff is very noisy with chit chats and running around, ruins the mood. The masseuses are also not so experienced, some strokes were good, and walk on back was decent but not that great either.
