I usually don’t write reviews unless the establishment is amazing. My policy is usually if you don’t have anything good to say…say nothing! To my surprise the experience began well, and then took a turn for the worst when our individual masseur kept leaving the room to “man the front of the house” as it appeared to only be two people working. Visited this spa for the first time in early July. Friendly staff and professional service. However, the massage was very painful for the most part. It triggered my sciatica pain and I was bruised for two weeks on my arm. In other spas, you are asked for what type of massage you are looking for. Here, no questions were asked.. instead, they went straight onto a deep tissue massage. I’m hoping they will introduce some paperwork where customers can let them know current problems and what kind of massage is needed.
