Called Hauge Water for an evaluation of my terrible municipal water, and Dean came out to home and was on time and sent a text with his picture and contact info so I knew who expect. He tested my water and gave advice as to how best treat my water. Once I decided he came back just a few days later to install the softener. They were on time and left no mess, were very through on how to use the system. A+++ would highly recommend.
I reached out to Dean for assistance with a shut-off valve leak (not really what they do), but he guided me through the solution over the phone at no charge. His expertise and willingness to help were truly appreciated. Additionally, he installed a refurbished water softener for me last year, and it’s still working perfectly. Highly recommend his services!
