Several weeks ago, I called and inquired about getting a water softener. The gentleman on the phone was very kind in explaining the process and costs and they even sent a technician the same day to give us a consultation. We decided to go for it and they scheduled us quickly for installation. The two employees were respectful to my home and one even drove all the way back to their office to switch out the salt tank to ensure it wasn't talking all our laundry room space.
