Finding an apartment in NYC was horrible up until we met Jadine. She was so understanding, so quick with communication, and so kind that, finally, we felt seen and respected and found a new home. Thank you thank you thank you, Jadine.
I placed as security deposit for a room a few months ago. I am no longer planning to move to NY so I requested my refund back in April. They finally said it was sent out a month later on May 15th. However, I have not received the check. They did not give me a tracking number or receipt for the check. I have sent follow up emails, called, and left voice messages with no response. Terrible company that will scam you out of your money. Beware of working with these people.
We worked with Jadine for finding our apartment - she was amazing! So easy to communicate with, flexible, kind, and a pleasure to work with. She made the process very straightforward, and we had our approval on the apartment within 24 hours. We were new to navigating the NYC housing market but she was very reassuring, would recommend to anyone.
