I went to Rachel's Hot Pirates! I've been a ZUMBA girl for over 10 years, but cardio workout can't help much for loose skins in upper body unfortunately. Core muscle trainings mainly in hot and humid room wasn't easy, but I felt good! stronger! disciplined! accomplishment! when I finished the class:) Thank you, coach Rachel! I highly recommend her class!
I was in a car accident and suffered from whiplash and needed to get a therapeutic massage to help with the muscle ache. I thought a yoga instructor would be a good choice and made an appointment with Blake at Hagoyah. I've had several massages in my lifetime but Blake is hands down one of the best. Nice enough staff, but Tristan destroyed my hair so. badly. It was so awful that I didn't even go home after...I went straight to Lumine to get someone to do damage control. Here's a pro tip to any stylist: I know you wanna make a buck and practice your skills, but you /know/ what is beyond your scope of experience, so please show some integrity and tell the client you can't do the cut in the picture.
