I started yoga at the recommendation of a co-worker who knew I was having some back and hip strain due to job issues. I was also having muscle spasms and seeing a neurologist. I akwardly approached Hagoyah knowing that I'm not 20 something and a perfect body nor am I a Johnson county stay-at-home mom. In other words, I wasn't gonna fit in. Not a problem here. Not only is yoga in the name "Hagoyah", but it's offered here in the heart of Waldo by way of daily classes like "Hot Box Detox", "Glow-With-The-Flow", and "Elemental Yoga Basics". I've found Angela Cronk, who co-owns the studio and leads many of the yoga classes, to be a constant, upbeat and forgiving guide through the various poses. Hagoyah rocks!
