At the Utica location on Hall Road I regularly deal with Nick, the manager, and he is courteous, informative and pleasant to do business with. I am always satisfied with the cleaning my rugs get from Hagopian, and more than satisfied with the Utica store.
Took an assortment of throw pillows to be cleaned not knowing what to expect. When I went to pick up the pillows looked like new and the price was reasonable
