Always great service from Nick
I took 20 Rugs to Hagopian and wanted them cleaned. This Rug and few others honestly looked like they didn’t see water at all. I paid over $600 and NOT happy with.
Nick, takes care of business. This is our 2nd trip back to the Hagopian in Shelby Twp. They cleaned 2 rugs for us, the rugs almost look new for there age. Just picked up 2 pads, so rugs hopefully won't bunch up. VERY SATISFIED.
At the Utica location on Hall Road I regularly deal with Nick, the manager, and he is courteous, informative and pleasant to do business with. I am always satisfied with the cleaning my rugs get from Hagopian, and more than satisfied with the Utica store.
