I greeted by a very kind man who was efficient and attentive when he waited on me.
Terrible. My rugs weren’t cleaned properly, they were yellowish. And they are now much thinner. They are kind of trimmed and thickness gone. I would give zero star but it’s not an option.
This was my 1st time using Hagopian for rug cleaning and I am impressed! Definitely a returning customer. Thank you! Your staff is also FANTASTIC.

So pleased with how our runner rugs turned out.... I was shocked actually, they were in super bad shape before we had them cleaned. Dirty, dingy, smelly you name it. They literally look brand new!!
