They were hired to install irrigation and lay sod after we had a pool installed. When we contacted them about some concerns with the irrigation install (sprinkler heads not spraying at all, sprinklers spraying directly on the fence, etc) we were told they would charge us a service fee to come look at it. It was their work that was incomplete and they wanted to charge us even more to do the job correctly.
