We had a great experience from start to finish with Hagood homes. We are currently building our first home down in NC with the help of Nora and Hannah. The process was smooth from start to finish and we are looking forward to our home being built. We appreciate everyones help who was involved and would highly recommend Hagood Homes.
We began a search for a location / home where we would prepare for our retirement about 2 years ago. We researched and visited existing homes and potential builders for a new home. We are very impressed with Hagood Homes and proud that we chose them as our builder. Their agents, Hannah and Nora, worked diligently to help us find the perfect lot and the perfect model. The staff was helpful and patient as we made many, many iterations of the house. They provided daily updates including pictures as the house was constructed, which was important to us as we didn't live near our new home. Brenda and I first met Nora and Hannah back in the fall of 2022, We had a 10 year plan On building on our lot that we purchased in 2014 in Brunswick County where my sisters live. We often would go with my sisters to look at different homes, in the parade of homes in the fall.
