Dr Michael and Dr Patel are absolutely the best doctors I have ever met. They are easy to understand, very knowledgeable and they care for their patients. A few years ago the only thing I didn't like was the nurse but the new nurse Desiree she is amazing, professional and a good attitude! Overall the entire staff is professional and extremely helpful.
This practice is absolute garbage. The office assistants are rude and not helpful. I have been waiting two months to have a prescription filled. They keep saying (nonchalantly) that they have sent it into Publix, but the pharmacist says they never got it. While this could be considered a simple clerical mistake, the issue is that this office doesn't seem to CARE whatsoever that their patient is not getting the medicine they need. "Do no harm" right? These people don't care. All they want is money. STAY AWAY.
