I could not recommend Haggerty more. They replaced our roof, windows, siding, gutters, etc. -basically the entire exterior of our house; and we are ecstatic with the end result. Our house now looks brand-new! All of their crews were highly-skilled and friendly; and the contractor, Ryan, was helpful, communicative, and attentive. We were so happy with the experience and the work, that we hired them to build a covered deck in the back --and it's now our favorite part of the house.
The Haggertys are such a great business and all mean well. They are family owned and all really care. They would all go above and beyond for anyone, all of their crews do an amazing job, I would recommend them so many times.
My experience was concerning with this company, especially as a Black woman. I felt interrogated by the person providing my quote because I bought a home in a nice neighborhood. The individual had a printed copy of my home's report from Polk County Assessors site in his file. I was repeatedly questioned about my status, background, and employment by the individual. He also walked into my home without my consent. I will not be doing business with this company.

I am sorry that you had this experience, and I will discuss with the salesman on what he did. We print off assessor reports for every home we go into. It has a layout of the home with measurements, and gives us the proper spelling of your names. We were there to bid a siding project which requires measuring the outside of the home. Contracted Haggerty for new soffit, fascia, and gutters. Mike was very friendly when he came to do an estimate and throughout the process. Very happy with the finished product. It was also done within the same week that they began, which I greatly appreciated.
We had our house sided this summer by Haggerty Windows and Siding and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and appearance of the completed project. We did our research on siding companies and got three quotes. Haggerty was very competitive on their pricing and went above and beyond to make sure our needs and request were addressed. On balance, not a good experience with Haggerty. Will try and be factual and objective, but realize the later may be hard to do. I was referred to them by a trusted co-worker after hail damage to my roof. The company quickly sent out an inspector, they proved a quote and the work was approved by our insurance company. RecommendedI had windows replaced in both bedrooms in my town home. Dan and his team were wonderful to work with, and my windows look beautiful! I am thrilled with the finished product and am really impressed with everyone I have talked to at Haggerty Windows & Siding. Competitive prices, too!
Great to work with. New windows on our Beaverdale brick look and work great.
New windows were installed by them 3 years ago. Made numerous calls to them regarding windows leaking cold air & rain. Men came out but didn't see a problem. Windows continued to leak. Today I had 2 of their windows replaced by Anderson. One of Haggerty's men told me they might want their windows so they could see what the problem was but when I called today & told them the windows were coming out the man on the phone said they didn't want them. Haggerty has not helped with any replacement cost at all. Never recommend them.

We roofed, and put windows in multiple units in this condominium complex that she is in. Our repair guy who has been in the industry for 30 + years did not see any issues when he went out on the initial repair. We also sent the Heartland window manufacturer's repair guy out who also did not see any issues. To my knowledge she did not call us again.
