You don’t accumulate any Ford rewards points at their service center here. There’s other Ford dealers within 10-15 minutes from here that do. I regret coming here for a year and not accumulating points. I’ll be going back to servicing my car at Hawk Ford.
Made an appointment for service. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and the service was performed correctly. I was out in less than an hour.
I chose John Czech specifically to buy from because he has always been nice and conversational when my Expedition has been in for repairs. John took care of me, he made the process easy, he was very clear about everything. John has great followup after the deal is done- he makes certain everything is alright.
