I recently brought my 2020 Ford Escape Titanium to Haggerty Ford and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person, and they even handled multiple recalls I hadn’t mentioned, which saved me time. While my car was being serviced, I was able to enjoy free coffee and use a desk with an outlet, which made the wait easy. Bugs was super cool throughout the whole experience. He made it a very easy process and fun. He doesn’t push and stays on your level. He talks with you and not at you. I’d continue to purchase vehicles through him for as long as he’s working. I’d also send anyone to him that needs a new vehicle as well.
