Dario was pleasant and very helpful. This was not your typical dealership experience — everyone at Haggerty Ford was nice, normal, and treated us well, without the usual sales games or ego that seem to come standard at most dealerships. The car is amazing, they gave me a great price, and Dario answered all of my questions without ever making me feel uncomfortable or bad for asking. You can buy a Ford anywhere, but the service here is worth going out of your way for.
I recently purchased a new truck and had a genuinely great experience. I worked with John Czech, who is very much an old-school, no-pressure salesman and an absolute pleasure to work with. He treated me with respect from start to finish and made the whole process feel like a local, hometown experience. I also had great interactions with Lou, the sales manager. I would highly recommend working with John and this dealership.
