Avoid this property management. When I occupied one of their rentals, I had AC issue where I did not have a functioning AC for a week in late August. I escalated the incident multiple times with property management to no avail. I had an incident where I was locked out of the house because the sliding door lock was faulty. I requested an emergency maintenance order to have a lock smith open the door. We waited over 8 hours before a locksmith finally showed. You are forced to pay $25 additional on top of the lease. Haggerty Company is true to their advertising. They reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they could be better in detailing their communications. When you call and question them, they will follow up. *Since the first post, Haggerty Company has followed through and managed to earn the 5 stars. *Haggerty Company continues to make our property rental worry-free.
