Leaking roof/hvac systems ruined our office furniture and inventories. Landlord sent us a bill to fix their roof/hvac and expects tenants to pay for their faulty maintenance. Outside parking area is dangerous with tents behind dumpsters. Had to notify police before of stolen vehicle. Still waiting almost 3 months to get our deposit back. Never again.
