Over promise/Under deliver Was super nice and showed enthusiasm to help. Promised me I wouldn't owe anything being that it was the other persons fault in the car accident. Dr. Joe said he wouldn't stop until he collected from the insurance company. Little did I know he only said that to keep me coming back. 4 years later I get a bill and was told he would take me to small claims court. Dr. Joe is a great Chiropractor! Prior to visiting Dr. Joe, I was skeptical about the chiropractic field. I was very impressed by his thorough evaluation on my first visit - he completed a series of x-rays to determine how the biomechanics of my body may be causing pain. He then created a treatment plan tailored to my needs. He is a thorough and knowledgeable chiropractor that I would recommend to anyone.
