Doug from Hagerty Doors came out on a Monday night at 6pm to fix our garage door. We left to go on vacation and on that same day our door went out. I called Doug, he said when you get back give us a call and we will get it done. With my work schedule I’m not home a lot and my wife was concerned about getting it fixed. As soon as we got back I called Doug and he came right out. Outstanding customer service and very honest. You don’t find companies like this anymore. So glad we found Hagerty Doors. Thank you Doug.
Honest, quality company with great service! We used them to repair a broken spring on our garage door last year. When they came, they were very thorough and professional. They did the job quickly, and they also did a nice job lubricating and tuning the door. While they were at the house, they inspected and lubricated (as needed) the other three doors to ensure we would have no additional problems as an included service.
