Used Hagerty’s roadside service for the first time today. A terrible experience due to a dishonest service provider. Hagerty has arranged another service provider for tomorrow. We will see how it goes. I should’ve simply used AAA.
This company is a JOKE! I got my license suspended because they INCORRECTLY reported to the State of FL that my insurance was going to be cancelled on 5-15-2026 for non-payment, I paid the amount in FULL through 8-15-2026 , go to their shitty website and it says NO PAYMENT DUE. Im glad I just saved $900 and went to American Collectors I hate Haggerty or Essentia or Markel or whatever they call themselves on any given day!
