My first visit and I am so pleased how friendly and professional each staff member was. I'm glad I found Hagerstown Smiles !
The staff are always very friendly, especially Lauren and Dr. Brandon. However, scheduling visits here is a nightmare. My 6 month routine cleanings are always scheduled 7-8 months away. Also, I tried to reschedule a routine cleaning 2 months prior to the visit and was told that I wouldn’t be able to be seen until August- 7 months from the time of the call.
Ashley is the greatest!
The staff were kind, very efficient and professional. The dentist was very patient, explained everything he was doing and very professional. I was very impressed with the service I received.
