A fantastic experience
The staff are patient, listen to you and genuinely care. The best part is witnessing how they treat each other. You can tell a lot about an environment ny how the employees treat each other and there is true respect between the employees here.
I have been going to Hagerstown Smiles for several years now, and they always go the extra mile. I have always had problems with my teeth, and they always make time to discuss options with me without being pushy. Over the weekend, I had a tooth fall off my partial plate, and when I called Monday morning, even though they were fully booked, they told me to come right in, and they would get my impressions made so I get the plate back as quickly as possible.
