Ya know, it’s really sad because the doctor & counselor are amazing, caring and so kind. Receptionists are smug, uncaring, and treat you like a child. Celeste spoke down to me, undermined me and made me feel unsafe in a place that’s suppose to be a safe place. Another Hispanic women with glasses, sad I didn’t catch her name. Because she absolutely was NO help at all and they just stared at me, while I was breaking down. No kind words, just rude faces and ZERO help.
