On 10/21/19, 2 workers from HPG came to my home to repair a chipped edge on my 4x8 ft gym mirror. They said it would be easy to cut the edge off at my home so I would not have to buy a new mirror. They took the mirror off the J channel without breaking it, then laid it down carelessly breaking 3 ft off diagonally. The man then said he could at least cut the mirror in half so I would have half a mirror. He then cut it saying it would be easy.
