If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer Service is dreadful and just try to get anyone to take action when something goes wrong. The Owner doesn't even call back even after leaving seven messages. The woman that designed my kitchen (who claims to be in the business for 17 years) made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided and was rude to me when I tried to get her to fix the problems. We bought our current house in 2013. The prior owner had lived in it since his childhood. He left us the instructions and receipts for most of the work done on the house over the years. I just found the information for our kitchen cabinets, which showed he bought them from Hagerstown Kitchens, Inc. I was shocked to see that our cabinets are from 1984!! They are still flawless. ("Light Mediterranean Finish Oak Wood"). Obviously, I don't need new cabinets, but if i ever do, or we move somewhere I will use this company.

I am a remodeling contractor in CT. I have installed two kitchens in the last two years using Hagerstown. The quality is superb, functionality is great, and style is very attractive. I am quoting two more kitchens right now, with H.K.

This is the worst of the worst for what we paid for.The so called designer that was suppose to design the kitchen to fit our kitchen we couldnt even reach the microwave handle!!!! So much for the designer.dont be fooled by the showroom terrible buismess place.!!!!#

I don't see how this place stays in business with the poor craftsmanship, poor customer service and poor quality of their products. My eldery mother was ripped off and paid $1000's for uneven cabinets, with shelves that fall because the holes were drilled too big. Everything was measured wrong. They refuse to fix anything. Run from this place!!!!
