If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer Service is dreadful and just try to get anyone to take action when something goes wrong. The Owner doesn't even call back even after leaving seven messages. The woman that designed my kitchen (who claims to be in the business for 17 years) made a lot of mistakes that could have been avoided and was rude to me when I tried to get her to fix the problems. The best this place is the best place for cabinets, if you want a good deal then you need to come here.
I don't see how this place stays in business with the poor craftsmanship, poor customer service and poor quality of their products. My eldery mother was ripped off and paid $1000's for uneven cabinets, with shelves that fall because the holes were drilled too big. Everything was measured wrong. They refuse to fix anything. Run from this place!!!!
For almost $1,000 no one should have to repair or finish a brand new, custom made vanity!!! Terrible customer service & craftsmanship, and I am now in the process of spending more time and money fixing some of their mistakes. Could have gotten a better cabinet at Lowes or Home Depot. Overall, not only a sloppy job but no craftsmanship, high quality, or professionalism at all! Learn from our experience and don't waste your money.
