Honestly, having me wait over 2 hours for an oil change and THEN attempting to upsell a ton of overpriced unnecessary services is kinda wild. "Disappointing" is the nicest word I can use to describe the service and my experience.

I’ve had three Kia Sorentos over the last few years and do all my routine maintenance and optional work with the dealership. They’ve always been quick, accurate with estimates, fair priced, and extremely respectful in dealings with me. Having to take your car in can be routine it can be a catastrophic event, I know they got my back here.
Wild people good service
Went in to get my headlights fixed due to them being extremely dim. Was quoted over $2000 dollars to replace them with stock headlights. I was able to do it myself for about $300 by buying a pair online. Not only do they look better, but I didn’t need any specialized tools or experience to do it. This is not the first time they’ve over-priced for a service and surely won’t be the last. Not to mention that the attitude from the staff isn’t great either.
