Can’t even get in to have your vehicle serviced without a week wait. KIA wants you to buy their vehicles but then you can’t even get them in to be serviced, what a joke. I’ll be switching car brands when this one has run its course but don’t worry while you’re on hold you get to hear the repeated message playing over and over again talking about how they put the customer first and how it’s owned by the SAME TWO OWNERS like anyone cares.
Very disappointed in our experience. In for recall, scheduled service and tire rotation. On drive home noticed service light and low washer fluids lights still on. Told my husband I was concerned my service wasn't done. He pulled the cabin air filter and it was filthy (part of service). Checked tires and oily residue all around tires was completely undisturbed...tires had not been rotated. My husband drove the car back up. Just don't buy Kia. Don't buy a Kia, they don't last. Mine(Kia Forte) only has 117,000 and needs the engine replaced.
