Justin is very helpful with all the work that needs my ford transit He is takes a good care of the customers and also has the time to explain very well what had done during the service. I can truly recommend him and this location. Very good team!
Had an axle go out in my 23 Ford Maverick hybrid and the axle was on backorder and they couldn't provide a loaner at time of fix even though I was put on a waiting list a month or more. They said it would be ok to drive and wouldn't damage anything. Got it fixed but my tire has major edge wear and they claim it's not caused by axle even though it's the only one like that.
I have called twice and had to leave a voicemail this week, but apparently they're too busy to call me back.

Customer service took my name address and phone number said she would be it in system, never did called a old number so my car had to sit another whole day costing me lost wages.
