My experience going through this Tesla certified shop was great. Donna was awesome and I’m sure the rest of the team is as well. I hit a deer and was able to get scheduled a bit out from when it happened. Had it back within a week after dropping it off. No corners were cut and I’m super happy with the results. I would recommend this shop to others and I would return myself for future work. Thanks!
I had my Tesla Model 3 repaired here after someone hit me last year. They do great work and they really take good care of you. I recommend them to anyone that's in the area.
The staff was very nice and friendly. They are listening to, and their job was great.
This is hands down the absolute worst dealership and collision center I’ve ever dealt with. Mark told me my Tesla would be done in 4-6 weeks. Well it ended up being short of 4 months. They had all the parts to fix my vehicle within this time frame but actually ended up breaking the window of my car and then tried to hide the fact that they did it. They were also holding my car hostage because of their incompetence of how car insurance works by telling me “I’m not working on a vehicle I’m not getting paid for” Then months lat... read more
Had car in the body shop. Asked for all parts to be ready. Well ot wasn't. Now I have to take another day off work to get the car finished. Grrr
