no gimmicks or stereotypical salesman pitches. they didnt burry me with numbers and paperwork. the buying process was simple, easy and to the point. hunter was great during the whole deal and overall did a great job. also need to mention that i was impressed when hunter called the dealership owner on a saturday afternoon and he picked up the call and talked with us for 10 minutes or so.
We had a very bad experience with these guys. Very unethical. Beware!
I was on the road and my tire pressure lights came on, I had just passed by my Dealership(Mathieu Ford) and turned around and went to service and asked if they had a air hose, He smiled and said Nope! Then said pull your car to the bay door, I did as he asked and right then they filled all 4 tires that were all down to 28 Pressure! I thought it was just one tire! They filled all 4 and I drove away! Mathieu Ford is the best for any service or emengency! The Best! Thank you Service!
Jim Schmidt Ford operates like I wish more businesses would! So very friendly and kind! Their service department is top notched no one can beat them in this area. They are so knowledgeable and kind The office staff is always so friendly this is one business I don't mind visiting. Mobile service has no consideration for a customers time. Took the day off and after J Allen confirmed my appointment a dozen times via text, email and calls they never showed up to do the recall work that had been scheduled weeks in advance. There answer was to set up another appointment. Yeah right like they are going to waste my time a second go around. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’d leave no stars if that was an option.

Used truck was not serviced prior to being placed on the lot for sale. and sales person was evasive. Salesman told me the truck was purchased from them originally, but I found history it was not. Said they did a 150 point inspection but would not provide the documentation. I found several personal items belonging to the previous owner, but salesman didn't care.
