I was quoted $1200.00 to replace 8 plugs and coil paks in my mustang. I recieved a call informing me that the tech broke 4 of the plugs. They charged me another $339.00 to get the broken plugs out. So bill should have been around 1500.00. To add injury to insult, after 4 calls to the service manager, he has refused to call me back to discuss the problem. Do not take your car here. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Final bill to get our car back, $1801.00 resulting in $600 over quote. Again, do not go here!... read more
On 5/23/25 I took my 2003 ford ranger on for a oil change and coolant flush. After i left i decided to look under the hood to see the new coolant in the over flow tank and their was not any in it. I went back and brought it to the service manager attention (Danny) and he had a technician pull it into the garage to fill it. They gave me my truck back and the next stop I made i noticed there was coolant dripping out of the side the over flow tank was on.
