Today was my first visit and I am very impressed. Christy gives a marvelous facial. She was personable, professional & is well versed on skincare products & treatments. Johanna was amazing. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and super thorough. Again, very impressed.
I was disappointed in the service and in the pricing, so I write this to save others the frustration. As a new patient, I was told to arrive early and did so, but was turned away at the door, with the comment that the door should have been locked, so I waited in the dusty hallway until my appointment. The office visit is about a hundred bucks, out of pocket only. Therefore, I made sure to come with a list of things I wanted done.
