Joanne is awesome. She deserves more than five Stars, of course everyone of her clients would know that she’s very personable. She cares about you and your procedures and your life. Never interrupt you let you talk even though she has more clients. She tries to stay on schedule for everybody, but she’s more unwilling to explain everything and even talk to you about stuff has nothing to do with her professional stuff. Had a bad experience had a tiny cyst removed and she used a hole puncher leaving a giant scar on my chest much bigger then the original cyst. Then she offered free shots to reduce the scar tissue and after the first one said I had to pay. Now I am going to other doctors paying more to get the scar cut out. Very upsetting but I should have known when they said they don’t accept insurance it wasn’t a real doctor. Maybe don’t get medical procedures done here.
I can’t say enough good things about this office and the entire staff. Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and professional, and every appointment I’ve had has gone smoothly. I’ve been coming here for tattoo removal, and they’ve made the whole process feel comfortable and easy from start to finish. I truly appreciate the care, patience, and kindness they’ve shown me and couldn’t thank them enough.
