Approachable, efficient, patient, understanding, and caring.
She literally emailed me saying she needed to cancel my next appointment stating that we would not work well together without referring me to another counselor which is in direct violation of counselor ethics.
I wish there was an option for 10 stars. Mrs. Pierce has always been there for me and has only been a phone call away. She is a skilled professional, but also a trusted confadont. I would recommend her to my entire family, and friends.
