Great service awesome staff
I was very sad to cancel my membership, this has been my all time favorite car wash it does a great job but i was forced to cancel because it’s too rough on vehicles. The brushes need to be adjusted, the way it just whips the side mirrors outwards is crazy! it has broke my side mirrors numerous of times and the staff just suggest they tape them for me which is annoying to have to do that but the beating on the car makes you cringe I just didn’t feel comfortable going thru it anymore especially with a newer vehicle. I learned a lesson the hard way. The first time I went through this car wash, it damaged my side mirror. I reported it, and after a lot of back and forth, they finally ordered a replacement part—only to discover it was the wrong item. I should have stopped there, but I decided to give them another chance. That was my mistake. After my most recent visit, I noticed what appears to be fresh damage on the top of my vehicle, as if something in the wash equipment rubbed or ground against it.
