I have a Toyota with expensive floor mats. The mat machine may damage them, and I was informed by a staff member that they no longer hand spray the mats. I pay for the top car wash service and would like to hear back from you regarding this issue. Thank you, Janice K.
I have a monthly membership that seems to be a good deal. I am impressed with the efficiency of the wash and their customer service. I have noticed recently though that things are deteriorating. The vacuums have less suction and the handle fell off today. The mat cleaners are a nice feature but don't really clean well.
