Two plumbers came out to do 2 jobs. 1. Change the hot water supply hose under my bathroom sink; and unclog that drain. 2. Install the new touchless kitchen sink faucet I got at Christmas. The older worker went in to start on the bathroom and the younger worker went to work on the kitchen faucet. After a short time the older man came out and talked to the younger man and then came to tell me that they couldn’t put it the kitchen faucet because it was missing a screw. Very rude and overstepping. Will never use them. Thank God we have choices. Woman on phone sets the tone and not a good one.
May 2025 plumber came out after line they fixed broke for the 3rd time on outside faucet. Incompetent for the start since house is only 20 years old at time this started so I don't buy into outside wall was issue now. Only a few feet are on outside wall. He suggested to have line in poly tube over cooper and we agreed. The company was to have someone come out to do so. The receptionist is so sweet but unfortunately, that’s the only good thing I have to say about this company. Turned off my hot water on 12/5 because of a leak in our bathroom and never called us back to start the job. It’s 12/15 and luckily we have another company (who’s been great) here fixing it now.
