STAY AWAY FROM HAGER! 0 STARS. I rented an apartment for 4 years. I was never late with a payment. Never had major problems. I left the apartment spotless, I vacuumed, cleaned all the cabinets, bathroom, patched all the holes in walls so they couldn't find any reason to keep my deposit. After 2 weeks I got a bill for $500! The letter said they found "about 10 bed bugs". I have never had bed bugs in my life, I would surely know I had them because they live in mattresses and bite.
