I have used them for a couple years. First time they were good. They have just slowly got worse. The people in office want to argue with you about appointments. I took off work today. Waited around three hours. I called up to the office. They said the guy tried to call but was no answer. I was at home all day and the phone never rang. Very dissatisfied. Would not use them anymore. service has gone downhill.
They installed a new unit about 4 yrs ago. Very professional at what they do. They brought portable unit to use until they could install. I was very please with the care they gave me. Have not had a problem with the unit. The other day cats found their way under the house and do a number on my return line. Called them Monday morning the schedule for Tuesday morning. On time and ended up putting a new return line on, and had me cool when I got home. Thanks again Hager and son.
STAY AWAY from Hager and Son Heating and Cooling. My Grandma had a furnace installed by them a little over 1 year ago. Recently we found out that the furnace had 4 different code violations. When this was bought to their attention they seemed very annoyed. Asked me to email them a copy of the code violations and which I did. They called and informed me that they would only fix 2 of the code violations. That the other code violations where only if the home was a newly built home. Which I found out that was a lie. Excellent services! Discreet and professional. Danny and his team are always there when I need them. My unit had to be replaced. Danny hooked up some window units until he could get a new unit for my apartment. A place that cares for their clients needs. Highly recommended! Not only do they give excellent customer service, they care about you. The gentleman that came to do my annual inspection also checked my fire/carbon monoxide alarm.
