I've been coming here for 25 years and still the BEST / DELICIOUS deep fried seafood ( shrimp, catfish, and fish chips ) in the Chicago land area!
This was always something I looked forward to!! After working long days at Harts Liquors...we would go there and get all kinds of things to eat...always so good!!!!!! I miss Chicago so much I cry.....if I could just get enough cash to get back, I would be there in a Chicago minute!!!
I grew up in the neighborhood. This is my first stop whenever I return to Chicago. 50 years of enjoying their fresh products. Super herring by the quart and the best fried lake perch EVER.
One of the best on the north side. Even quick service during Lent.
