Updated from Hagen response to this: NO apology or acknowledgement of arguments & questioning. STILL NO addressing why the 2 alerts came on after Hagen worked on my car. Progressive isn't to blame, they didn't work on my car. Hagen DID. And ONLY then did the alerts pop on. Yet Hagen will not comment or even address the alerts or why they had their hands in my car which resulted in this. Nice deflection. John was the communication/service problem.
