I just really feel heartbroken. I was referred to this firm by one of my close friends and since the beginning the communication has been off. I haven’t spoke to My Attorney but once. I was in an accident 6 months ago and recently my demand letter (normal timing I suppose) went out and we gave the insurance company a date to respond.
