I brought my Ford explorer here to have the heating element in the driver seat replaced and also for an oil change and a tire rotation and I have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed by the attention the detail here, as well as their awesome waiting room and they have popcorn they have water and pop and coffee and chips and all kinds of goodies for when you're waiting but also hot cocoa which is always a bonus! I don’t usually post about things like this, but my experience with Erika was truly worth sharing. Her stress-free, easygoing approach was such a breath of fresh air. I can honestly say I won’t shop for a vehicle any other way—Garber’s Concierge Service has set the bar. Garber Ford Bay City went above and beyond, making sure my car looked flawless and taking the time to walk me through every feature before I drove off into the sunset.
