This was my first time at this ice cream shop, and I had a really good experience! Emely was very kind, helpful, and welcoming while helping me. She treated me really well as a customer and made sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciate her great customer service and how nice she was. Definitely a great first experience at the shop!

Since the Montgomery Mall location closed, I found this spot and was actually so excited! It’s right on my way home from work, so I can stop for a sweet treat and deal with the traffic in peace . I haven’t had a bad experience. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been super friendly, welcoming, and courteous. Definitely a nice little stop on my way home!
Came to this location for the first time, it was a great experience. Workers are knowledgeable on flavors and items on the menu, I also like that they’re open late on the weekends.
I’ve been calling since 11:30am when you opened to order a cake for later this afternoon for my sister’s birthday!!!! No one answers the phone and mailbox is full PLEASE CALL ME BACK. I go to click on the website to see if I can place an order online and see THIS error message!!!!!
