I’ve been calling since 11:30am when you opened to order a cake for later this afternoon for my sister’s birthday!!!! No one answers the phone and mailbox is full PLEASE CALL ME BACK. I go to click on the website to see if I can place an order online and see THIS error message!!!!!

Disappointed to see the only dairy free ice cream option was sorbet. Left the store and went to a local shop that had several vegan ice cream options listed on their website.
Great ice cream shop the banana split Sundae is the best
Awful service, and complete lack of professionalism. The manager (I assume they were the manager) scoffed extremely rudely at my young child’s severe food allergy so much so that everyone was in shock and my kid bordered on tears. All we did was ask if the chocolate ice cream had egg. This is a store that has complete contempt for anyone who dares have an allergy, and it is just generally not a kid-friendly shop.
