Two appraisals done on the same house 3 years apart. Many improvements and renovations completed. Took a whole month to determine it to be worthless than it was 3 years ago after 50k plus in work completed. Do not recommend using this service.
If you need an appraisal, these guys are the best! They are quick and responsive - worked with them a lot and appreciate their work!
Blocking down town parking for no reason.
Paid for appraisal on August 12th. Wasn't until over a month later they decided to do it. They didn't like a patch of peeling paint on the back of the house, wanted it corrected. However, they don't know when they'll have the time to go check on it. I don't know how this place is still in business.
Absolutely amazing service. So helpful with information and options for my situation.
