This place is horrible! I live on the second floor and the walkway is so dry rotted my foot almost went through! The electric doesn’t work right in half the apartments. Mine was worked on and even with the main shut off it was still showing power to an outlet they needed to change! The guy was worried about how that was happening. The ceilings in the hall and most of the bathrooms is caving in. The tub in the downstairs apartment is about to fall through the floor.
