I’ve worked with eight realtors across four different states, and Jed and Hagan Realty have been the best by far. Our realtor (Jed) knew the market and was able to steer us as to doing some renovations that really paid off. He was able to show us approximately what the house would sell for as is and then with the renovations he suggested. He was spot on with his advice. Once complete, the house sold quickly and for over list price. He was just fantastic.
