I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I just get a letter that my coverage has lapsed. I never got a bill. 6 months ago I set up automatic ACH payments. I spent two weeks trying to get through to the supervisor. She gave me her email and said to speak to her directly. I've actually been trying to contact her for the last two weeks without answer.
