They were good and I just liked everything. The guy was nice, told me what was wrong with the washing machine. He fixed it; he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. They were just very good and I hope that they are still in business, sometimes you don't know about the economy, I sure would use them in sure and I'm always with them.

He was very nice and explained in clear detail what the problem was with the washer. He gave me my options and did not try to talk me into a $450 charge on a old washer. I appreciated his honesty. This is a family business and it seems to operate with the good values with which his father started the business. I could not have been more satisfied.

They were very professional and informative. They reviewed all options in weighing a repair versus a new refrigerator. They were very prompt with both the initial assessment and the repair date. The final cost came in less than the estimate. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They were there when they said they were going to be there. They charged what they said they were going to charge. He knew immediately what the problem was. He was very professional. This was the first time I used them and I would definitely use them again.

I have had Hagan come to my home twice, once to check on a KitchenAid refrigerator and then later my Maytag washer. Both times I was contacted by a representative twice prior to my scheduled appointment to verify my appointment then again for any updates to the schedule. Both times the repair man was able arrive early. Both times the repair man was very polite and friendly. They carried booties and put them on to protect my floors. It turned out my issues were easy adjustments which was covered by the warranty.
