Ordered lily plant for funeral,had it delivered to house cost 131.00 . Was at Alde's today. Had one for 15.00 and was way! way! better even the pot it was in. Will not order again
The customer service department was extremely helpful in helping us with our order and purchasing needs. My only complaint is, that 2 hours, into the Funeral Service on the first day, this is what our $350.00 Flower arrangement looked like. It was very disappointing. When asked where we purchased them, the comments received were “ Well we won’t be going there.” I did try contacting Hafner through email but received no response. The occasion itself was sad enough, this didn’t help.
Ordered a pricy birthday arrangement, with specific time delivery. Not honored. Then claimed no request of early delivery time, lastly Dawn who presents herself as management indicates that in order for the delivery to happen at the required time she had to send an employee to deliver it, because the driver is busy with other deliveries and surprisingly hung up the phone on me.
