I scheduled two meetings with them via phone to discuss wedding florals. The first meeting I scheduled, no one called me. I sent two emails during the time of which the meeting was supposed to take place, asking if someone was taking my meeting. I didn’t hear back until I emailed a third time days later. Exceptional service and beautiful arrangements. Needed flowers for a Celebration of Life, saw an arrangement but needed specific changes. Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday, they never showed. When I called to inquire as to why, they told me that they had called me to inform me that they did not get credit card authorization, but when I checked my calls their number was not on my call history. I’m guessing that they just missed or forgot about my order.

Hafner Florist is truly the best option for any occasion. They work with you to make your event special. I would make a trip to this shop! They are located on Main Street in Sylvania! We will be back to order our corsage and boutonniere! Thank you!
