The driver didn’t deliver because “there was no path”. I usually go to Libra fuels. They are on average $0.50 cheaper per gallon and they actually deliver. Now comes the fight to get my money back. Go elsewhere.
Hands-down, the worst experience with a propane company by far
Whoever runs the calls when your office is closed is doing a terrible job and needs to be spoken to, every single time I called her she would hangup before I could finish asking my question
They mean well, but the phone people dont care much about customer service & the technicians, ehh. After he found a leak near water heater & "fixed it" our water heater didn't work anymore. Customer service said it was a coincidence that happens all the time. Im 70, it never happened to me before.**************** Just want to add that day of this in incident I spoke to Mngr.
