I called to schedule a visit. Spoke with the office manager by the name of Angella and she hung up on me twice!!! When all i was trying to do was try to find a work around to the inflexible schedule that this office has. Mon-Fri 8am-4pm and if i cant come to the office for a visit i need to find another provider...her words not mine!
Horrible office won’t follow up with care it’s a patient mill full of violations so disrespectful they use the excuse of constant employee turnover as why things don’t get done like referrals patient test and ectera. Never return calls constant cancellations and so much disrespect.
I love Dr Jason. Sometimes he's busy but even if I choose to see Dr Katrina because I'm impatient he always come in to check in with me. He listens to me and cares. His staff is always nice as well.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jason since 2006 and he saved my life more than once. I am only 46 years old but I have a rare and very complicated health history and to this day he continues to keep me going in every which way. I was referred to Jason Haffizulla & he was very nice. People complain about the wait But the doctor I used to go to would still have to send me to a lab for blood work , EKG or ultrasound but they do all that in their office so it’s a one stop shop it’s like if you need those things that’s three appointments in one it’s all about how you look at it. You may go to a doctor that takes 30 to 60 minutes to see you but then they tell you you have to go do your blood work somewhere else so add that time up running around town.
Jason does NOT deserve a 1. Today, my family member visited him because his PCP was not available. My father was feeling depressed, hasn't been eating, lost weight, has had fecal incontinence, and had recent complicated ankle surgery. Instead of thoroughly examining my father, Jason suggested increasing an appetite medicine, he did not address the fecal incontinence nor his depression.
