I am new to the world of handguns. I don't own any and I barely have shot any. I came to Hafers after completing my carry permit class. I was not in there to buy anything and they knew that. Regardless, everyone was friendly, kind, and willing to answer my very stupid newbie questions. They patiently showed me a multitude of different hand guns so I could try them out. I even came towards to end of their day before closing. These folks are professional and took their time with me. They got a customer moving forward with me.
