I went to have a prescription refilled, but I was told that it couldn’t be filled during my visit due to some sort of issue with their IT system. She said she would follow up with me the following week, but I never heard back. I decided to follow up with her myself, but she did not respond to my follow-up and I still don’t have my prescription.
Had me there waiting for 45+ min
She’s my primary care provider and she’s good. The appointment/front desk person is always under-trained so they always mess things up, but it’s not the fault of the primary care doctor.
Carbon health make me an appointment for today at 9:20 and as soon as I arrived they asked me for credit card and because I don’t have credit card they canceled my appointment ,,,,,
