I had a very concerning experience at this property while completing a package delivery. Upon entering the building, I was immediately met with yelling and aggressive behavior from a front desk staff member. There was no attempt at a professional or respectful interaction. During the encounter, I was told that she “talks to all delivery drivers that way,” which is unacceptable on its own. Since 2024, I have experienced ongoing maintenance and moisture-related issues within my unit, including deteriorated drywall behind bathroom fixtures, visible mold and mildew buildup, ventilation concerns, and recurring plumbing problems.
