These guys are unprofessional, inconsistent and have infiltrated down to Richmond from Fairfax. I was supposed to move last month but due to app issues it delayed two weeks. There have been countless other issues but the one that makes me more mad as someone who is disabled and homeless and a company is supposedly practices equal opportunity housing. First I want to say this property is beautiful and quiet. I have been here since 2023. Recently there has been a change of office management at the The Mark location. The staff I dealt with when touring was so warm and friendly. They were the reason I picked this location to move to. I have left numerous reviews raving about the staff. Well that has all changed. Horrible communication! When you have issues, nothing gets resolved. The corporate office will tell you they'll send an email to the regional managers, that person either never receives the email or just never responds to it. So yeah, do not look forward to that open line of communication.
I truly miss when Scout on the Circle was owned by Jefferson Apartment Group (JAG). When I escalated a complaint in May 2022 in regards to the property manager, JAG stood by the tenant (my) side 100% and immediately — even when it required making difficult but necessary decisions about the conduct and accountability of its management and maintenance teams.
